Our team is eager to promote the culture of healthy living and a natural approach to better health, to every single customer. Well hell, we’re also here to have fun! We aim to create a transformative sauna experiences bringing people together with the tradition of heat. Our mission is to make sauna accessible to everyone and to provide the best possible sauna experience they can have.
Keep in mind our Canadian built cedar wood fired saunas accommodate 6-8 people at a time, with rotations your guest list can be 2-3x that amount.

We do everything possible to make sauna affordable for everyone
Public rates are typically $25-$30 per person for an hour of sauna and cold exposure rotations.

Wood for burning
Bucket of water for steam
Changing room
Delivery, removal, and cleaning of sauna
Outside cooldown lounge area
Most importantly our professional approach makes your sauna experience truly unforgettable.

Side tables
Zero gravity recliners
Water cooldown tubs
Optional ice bath challenges
